Return & Exchange & Refund Policy

Our Approach

All return and exchange requests are reviewed individually with the intent of achieving full customer satisfaction. Prior to submitting a return request, customers are encouraged to fully test the product and contact our support team for troubleshooting assistance, as many issues can be resolved without a return. We appreciate the opportunity to assist in resolving any concerns.

 

Standard Return Eligibility

We accept returns of unused, unopened products purchased directly from our website for a refund or store credit within 30 days of delivery.

Items that fail to meet the return eligibility requirements will be rejected and shipped back to the original delivery address.

 

Non-Returnable Products

Due to hygiene and safety regulations, the following items are not eligible for return once opened or used:

Atomizers (including RDAs and Tanks)

Disposable Vapes

E-liquids

Glass Products and Glass Accessories

Rechargeable Batteries

Replacement Pods & Coils (if tamper seal or foil is broken)

Spare Parts (Drip Tips, Glasses, O-Rings)

Any product with a tamper-evident seal (including e-liquid caps and hardware seals) becomes non-returnable once the seal is broken.

 

Warranty Coverage

All hardware devices purchased from our website include a 30-Day Limited Warranty beginning on the date of delivery. Initial contact with customer service does not extend or renew the warranty period.

For additional warranty services beyond our coverage, customers may contact the manufacturer directly for after-sales support.

 

Items Excluded From the 30-Day Warranty

The following products are not covered under our warranty program:

Atomizers (including leaking RDAs & Tanks)

Disposable Vapes

Rechargeable Batteries

Replacement Coils

Replacement Pods

Spare Parts (Drip Tips, Glasses, O-Rings)

Submitting a Warranty Claim

 

Warranty service requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery by contacting us at service@vapejoys.com

The defective item must be returned to our facility before any refund or store credit can be issued.

 

Warranty Limitations

The warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

Accidents

Improper use, abuse, or user error

Disassembly or unauthorized modifications

Consequential or incidental damages

Certain brands may require all warranty claims to be processed directly through the manufacturer’s after-sales service department.

Manufacturer warranties for atomizers and replacement parts (Tanks, RDAs, Coils, Pods, etc.) may be limited or excluded. Please consult the manufacturer’s website for specific warranty terms.

 

Delivery Issue Claims

Claims for damaged, missing, or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Customers are responsible for inspecting their orders immediately upon receipt and notifying us within this time frame.

You may be required to return incorrect items and/or submit supporting documentation to complete the claim process.

Claims submitted after 48 hours from delivery will not be eligible for coverage.

Minor cosmetic defects such as small scratches, discoloration, or surface marks are considered normal and are not covered under this policy or warranty.

 

Required Documentation

To process any delivery-related claim, customers must provide:

A clear photo of the received item(s)

A photo of the printed invoice included in the package

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs for standard returns, including incorrect orders or unwanted items.

For approved warranty-related returns, a prepaid return label will be provided at no cost to the customer.

 

We do not offer direct product replacements. Approved defective item claims will be resolved through a refund to the original payment method or store credit.

 

⚠️ Adult Signature Service fees, Route Protection fees, and all original shipping charges are non-refundable.

 

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued either:

To the original payment method (credit/debit card), or as store credit applied to the customer account.

We are not responsible for refunds involving expired, canceled, or inaccessible prepaid or credit cards.

 

Additional Terms

Product compatibility is not guaranteed. Customers are responsible for verifying compatibility prior to ordering. Returns based on incompatibility will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Instructions

All returned items must be shipped in a protective padded envelope or box

Do not use standard paper mailing envelopes

Inadequate packaging may result in transit damage and return refusal

Do not send returns to the address shown on the original shipping label, as this may be a carrier facility

The correct return address will be provided after return approval
