Free Domestic Shipping Policy

Get FREE U.S. domestic shipping on online orders of $69.99 or more!

Free shipping applies to online purchases totaling $69.99 or above (after discounts, before tax) within the United States. When eligible, the free shipping option will appear during checkout and can be selected as your shipping method.

 This offer is valid for most of the contiguous 48 U.S. states. Free shipping is not available for orders shipped to Guam, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Hawaii, Alaska, APO/DPO/FPO addresses, or other U.S. military locations.

 

Order Processing & Shipping Cut-Off

All orders require 24–72 hours for processing, with the majority being shipped within 24 business hours. We make every effort to dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Orders with paid shipping receive priority handling.

 Order processing takes place Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM (PST). Please note that we do not process or ship orders on weekends or major U.S. holidays. Any orders placed during these times will be processed on the next business day. All delivery estimates are calculated in business days only.

 Orders are not processed on Sundays or federal holidays. If you receive a shipping confirmation between Friday and Sunday, your package may have been prepared but may not yet have departed the warehouse.

 Our daily shipping cut-off is 5:00 PM (PST). If you receive a tracking number after this time, the order has been prepared but will likely ship out on the following business day.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you can monitor its delivery status by visiting the appropriate tracking website listed for your selected shipping carrier.

 

Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Addresses

Please double-check your shipping details before submitting your order. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in delivery delays or returned packages. If an order is returned due to address errors, we will not resend it until it is received back at our facility, and the customer will be responsible for the reshipping fees.
