Orders generally require 24–72 hours for processing, excluding weekends and holidays. Shipping transit times are estimated and not guaranteed. Delays or carrier errors are outside the responsibility of Vapejoys and must be resolved directly with the carrier.

 

Risk of Loss

All purchases are shipped under a shipment contract. Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer once the package is delivered to the carrier.

 

Termination

Returns & Refunds

 

Defective items may be returned within 30 days from the shipping date. Certain items are non-returnable due to safety and hygiene regulations, including but not limited to e-liquids, disposables, coils, pods, batteries, atomizers products.

 

If a package is returned due to failure to provide adult signature verification, a $15 restocking fee may be deducted. Refunds may be issued as store credit if original payment reversal is not possible.

 

Pricing Errors

Vapejoys reserves the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders placed under incorrect pricing. Full refunds will be issued if payment has already been collected.

 

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vapejoys, its officers, employees, affiliates, and service providers from all claims arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the website.
